1. HR Operations Section Head
Gambaran Pekerjaan :
- Managing the operational needs of the office and other employee facilities
- Managing personnel administration and employee services activities related to compensation, benefits, and attendance are carried out effectively, optimally, and efficiently to support the smooth operation of the company.
- Carrying out HR administrative tasks related to compliance such as handling labor permits, and reporting company obligations to the Local Disnaker
- Managing the local recruitment & selection, and placement processes to ensure that the company acquires employees with the right quantity, quality, qualifications & applied regulations.
- Monitor the implementation of company regulations in the workplace to ensure that all employees adhere to the established rules.
- Formulating and socializing company regulations to employees to foster a conducive industrial relationship.
Kualifikasi :
- Bachelor's degree in any major.
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in HR, handling Industrial Relations, Employee Services, Personnel Administration, and Recruitment.
- Strong communication, influencing, and facilitation skills.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Experience in the mining industry is beneficial.
2. Port Supervisor
Gambaran Pekerjaan :
- Ensuring that the execution of loading and unloading operations runs according to a predetermined plan and follows the company's work safety standards.
- Prepare assignment schedules for loading and unloading activities and socialize them to related operators
- Supervise the implementation of loading and unloading operational activities, and provide technical directions to operators in overcoming problems and/or following up
- Ensure that the loading and unloading process runs in an orderly and orderly manner and fulfills K3LH provisions.
- Coordinate with the harbormaster regarding the exchange of information (permission for ships to dock and sail) so that activities at the port can run smoothly
- Identify potential damage/hazards during the operational process and carry out handling in accordance with established procedures, including coordinating with maintenance parties for handling problems in equipment.
- Leading emergency response actions in the event of a critical condition that endangers the company's operations.
- Ensure the cleanliness of heavy equipment in the work area of responsibility.
Kualifikasi :
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1/DIV) of Nautical/Technical or held ANT III/ATT III.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the same or related position or other similar industries.
- Understanding about Stockpiling, Loading Management, Port Administration, Berthing
- Understanding about Safety & Environment Management.
- ISM & ISPS code implementation and Port operation.
3. Surveyor
Gamabaran Pekerjaan :
- Prepare processing data both mining data, projects, production monitoring, construction to increase production and produce accurate ones as a basis for decision making
- Planning for mining infrastructure projects and other mining support facilities related to mining operations (hauling road, settling pond, drainage, embankment, stockpile, etc.).
- Coordinate with related departments to monitor mining infrastructure projects and make reports related to infrastructure development that has been carried out to ensure projects are carried out according to plan.
Kualifikasi :
- Diploma Degree in Mining Engineering, Civil Engineering
- Minimum 3 years experience
- Understand Database and Data Processing
- Understanding Project Management
4. Geodetical Engineer
Gambaran Pekerjaan :
- Ensure the availability of operational support for survey activities, including survey equipment, mining progress maps, volume (both overburden and coal), and survey calibration to guarantee accurate survey results.
- Prepare required survey data (maps, progress volumes, actual roof and floor data, and land openings) on a regular basis.
- Ensure control over the execution of mining and project designs (elevation, slope, distance, etc.).
- Supervise the implementation of stake-out for mining and project designs in the field.
- Coordinate joint survey activities with contractors and perform calculations based on joint survey data.
- Ensure the implementation of safety, security, health, and environmental (SHE) aspects in survey operations.
Kualifikasi :
- Minimum 3 years in the same position
- Willing to be placed in Lahat, Sumatera Selatan
- Strong competencies in interpretation of Geodetical data, coal quality analysis,
- Able to use software Surpac. Agisoft and RiScan Pro
- Penempatan: Lahat, Sumatera Selatan
